The great fronton that crowns the façade facing Victoriei Square's is “inspired” by Baroque architecture, typical to the Swabian villages in Banat.

The building is in a complete renovation; simultaneously work is carried out for the opening of a five star hotel. It is obvious that this hotel will have a very privileged position.
