Architectural style 1900s style, the szeceszió movement. One of the most representative monuments of the 1900s style in Timişoara. The majestic ensemble, bordered by three streets, stands out by the massive and wavy volumes of the roofs.

Architect László Székely The name “Palace” comes from the name of a former existing restaurant downstairs, once very popular.
