The House with Peacocks or the Romulus Nicolin house is situated on
The architect was Martin Gemeinhard).
The appearance of the “House with Peacocks” is typical for architect Gemeinhardt’s visual language of the 1900s style, Art Nouveau.
The wavelike shapes of the plant (the “tree of life” setting out the central axis of the building, various ornamental flowers) and animal (the famous peacocks) elements are distinguished.
Unfortunately, the building’s façade is currently compromised by numerous cables and gas pipelines, which seriously damage the building’s appearance.
