Albert Schott Palace

The building stands on 47 Iuliu Maniu Bd., it was built between 1911-1913. 

The 1900s building, szeceszió movement, was the first three-storey high building in Iosefin, until Hochstrasser  Palace, nearby, on  10 Regele Carol I Bd., started to be built ( this one had building authorization from 1912, and housing authorization from February 1, 1914.
